Start using QR Collect.
In order to utilise QR Collect you have a couple of options depending on what information you would like to capture.
Option 1:
For basic Time Capture indicating start and finish time as well as location see below
1 First Create your Username and Company - you have successfully completed this step to get to here
2 Create Sites that your employees can work on or at - Your first site has been created for you and can be edited. It is called Main Site.
3 Create Locations on these sites - You can create as many locations as you require
Let us give you an example:
My company name is ABC Pty LTD we are a building company My Site names are Project 1, and Project 2 My locations at Project 1 are the 1st floor and the 2nd floor My locations at Project 2 are Roof and Basement
Once the locations are created and enabled you can click on Manage QR Codes. It is from here that you can print your QR codes in any format you require and place onto the worksites for scanning.
Each employee or user of the system will need to download the free QR App. (Available here: )
You provide the individual with your company ID shown at the top right ( ) and their Employee ID or unique id for entry into the App.
You can now start using the product.
Option 2:
I want all the features above as well as cost coding
Once all steps above have been completed you can create up to 6 Cost Centers for your company. For example:
1 Maintenance 2 Planning 3 Operations 4 Ancillary etc.
Each Cost Center can have an unlimited amount of Cost Codes for example:
Order numbers or Job numbers
When these codes are created you can use the Manage QR Codes page to print these codes out for placing around your sites and locations.
